Wind N. moderate breeze, sea rough, much snow, visibility bad. A vessel reported in distress off Frenchman’s Point. The vessel was the “FULHAM II” and was disabled by a mine. She was out of reach of the Rocket Apparatus, and the crew were taken off by the Life Boat.
