Concordia

Herd Sand.— Between eleven and twelve o’clock yesterday, as a Prussian schooner, named the Concordia, was being towed up the harbour during the dense fog that prevailed, she got out of the channel and took the ground on the Herd Sand. The sea was perfectly calm at the time, and no danger was apprehended from that source. As the tide made last night the vessel again floated, and was towed up the harbour.
